Cape May County is the southernmost county in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2010 United States Census, the population was 97,265,〔 decreasing by 5,061 (-4.9%) from the 102,326 counted in the 2000 Census,〔 retaining its position as the state's second-least populous county.
